Steam Apprentice Club Awards 2025

It’s that exciting time of year again…the Steam Apprentice Club Awards 2025 are officially open for entries!

This is your chance to celebrate the passion, dedication and innovation that make the SAC community so special. Whether you’ve restored an engine, designed something remarkable, volunteered your time to keep the heritage of steam alive, or helped others to learn and grow…we want to hear from you.

There are four fantastic categories this year:

• Apprentice of the Year
• Tech Achievement Award
• Volunteer of the Year (for volunteering with other steam organisations)
• Organisation Supporting the SAC

The winners will be announced at the NTET AGM on 15 November 2025, where we’ll come together to celebrate the people and organisations shaping the future of road traction engines.

Entries close on 31 October 2025, so don’t miss your chance to be part of this year’s celebrations.
