The Steam Apprentice Club (SAC) is proud to celebrate the Young Women in Steam who took part in the recent Driving Day held in Kent. A new video reel and collection of photographs capture the energy, enthusiasm and skill of the young women who are helping to shape the future of the steam and road traction community.
The event brought together a group of passionate young engineers who are learning, driving and restoring steam engines – breaking traditional boundaries and inspiring others to follow in their footsteps.
Their commitment reflects the growing role of young women in the heritage engineering world and highlights the SAC’s mission to nurture the next generation of steam enthusiasts.
Here’s to the girls driving change – the #WomenOfSteam, #FutureOfSteam and #SteamGirls leading the way for #WomenInSTEM.
