Interested parties can access the documents and make their own comments or send their observations to engines@ntet.co.uk and we will incorporate them into the NTET observations. Importantly the closing date is not far ahead so we require any comments to be with us by 5th November.

HSE has begun work to review the Pressure Systems Safety Regulations (PSSR) which can be found at legislation.gov.uk
This review was announced by the Treasury under the Regulatory Action Programme (RAP), a government initiative to reform the UK’s regulatory landscape in support of economic growth, innovation and business productivity.
HSE has launched a Call for Evidence as part of our review, which is now open for comments.
The information will help determine if the regulations remain proportionate and responsive to emerging technologies.
Your perspectives and expertise will be invaluable in considering the future of these regulations and can help to shape our work.
We encourage you to contribute to the Call for Evidence and to share this opportunity with relevant colleagues and networks.
If you have anything to contribute to the NTET response, please email Bob Siddall on engines@ntet.co.uk
